How to exercise your right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the last item, without giving any reason.

How to submit a return or cancellation request

• By email: Send a message to info@diyastro.com with the subject "Withdrawal request - Order #[order number]", including your name, order number, and the items you wish to return or cancel.

What happens next

You will receive a confirmation of your request within 24 hours. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
